The Brand Assistant will support the Marketing team in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities to promote our sports products and strengthen customer relationships. This role is perfect for a motivated and creative individual passionate about sports and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Support:

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows.

2. Content Creation:

• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with designers to develop graphics, promotional materials, and advertisements.

3. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.

4. Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain and update the company’s marketing calendar.
• Organize and manage marketing collateral, ensuring timely distribution to sales teams and partners.

5. Digital Marketing:

• Monitor and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
• Track and report performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement).

6. Customer Engagement:

• Respond to customer inquiries related to promotions and products on digital channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and retail partners.

7. Collaboration:

• Liaise with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the sports or retail industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry is a plus.
