- Oversee daily operations of the branch.
- Supervise staff, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage financial transactions, budgets, and reports.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership.
- Implement compliance and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular training and development activities for team members.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- With related work experience at least two years is required.
- Proficient in document processing software.
- With strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Willing to be assigned in San Juan Branch.
- Must be Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy.
