• Performs cashiering functions smoothly and in a standard manner.
• Performs and ensures accurate and regular physical count.
• Delivers high level of customer service to the internal and external customers at all times to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
• Implements display and visual merchandising to enhance sales at all times.
• Ensures budget for store is managed and that expenditure stays within agreed levels.
• Ensures store administration is carried out according to statutory procedure.
• Creates a safe working environment for employees and customers through ensuring Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to.
• Ensures store security, concerning stock and money, policies and procedures are complied with.
• Leads, motivates and develops the team to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
• Has the ability to analyze data and identify issues and provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
• Has the ability to report sales and data analysis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related course
• With at least 2 years of experience in Sales Supervisory at a Retail Apparel Store
• Knowledge in Retail Pro POS software is an advantage
