Job Title: Branch Supervisor

Branch Supervisor oversees the administrative, sales, and operational responsibilities including team members of the branch

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance, meet targets, and motivate staff on how to hit sales targets
• Conduct day-to-day sales huddles with staff
• Implement strategies to increase revenue and client acquisition
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow
• Ensure the highest quality of service is provided to clients, fostering a positive and pampering environment
• Manage administrative duties, including handling reports and working with the branch's financial reports
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of the clinic environment to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and maintains high standards of visual aesthetics
• Ensure that all machines, equipment, and facilities are working and presentable
