Job Description
- Processing of Monthly Workplan/Revolving Fund Replenishment of Area Managers
- Processing of AM travels during meetings and activities, i.e., travel forms/ cash advances, bookings, and accommodations.
- Formats and manipulates data within BAR and POD templates according to specific requirements.
- Reconciles data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Preferably a graduate of any Business course
- With at least 2 years of Admin and Office Coordination experience
- Has working knowledge in basic administrative and finance and accounting principles
- Well organized and systematic in following work procedures
- Has effective communication and customer relations skills
