To perform operational duties set by the Management. i.e. Marketing Activities, Appraising, Cashiering, Western Union FLA, Ticketing, Forex, Converge and Ecpay transactions. Ensure that these transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
To provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with their needs.
To promote and sell the organization's products and services to achieved set target by the Management.
To follow the guidelines on Cashiering and ensuring that cash balances match transaction records.
To adhere to security protocols to protect customers, co-employees, and company. To maintain compliance with regulations, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
To maintain accurate records of transactions, customer information, and account details. This documentation is crucial for regulatory compliance and internal auditing.
To receive continuous training to stay updated on company policies and procedures and customer service skills. Also, assist in training new hires for proper guidance.
To collaborate with colleagues and other departments within the organization to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
To adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all their interactions and activities.
To perform other related tasks as deemed necessary by the Management
