- Oversee daily operations of the branch
- Manage and motivate staff to meet performance targets
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies for growth
- Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required to ensure a solid foundation in business principles and management practices.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales management or a similar role is ideal.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong work ethic, marketing knowledge, and proficiency in sales training and customer management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork; may include extended hours during peak business periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, team player with a passion for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
