- Oversee efficiency of operational processes
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including but not limited to customer support and operations
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- Analyze business requirements and customer needs
- Collaborate with sales professionals to understand customer needs and specific requirements, customize delivery needs and provide clinic staff with tools like pricing sheets and product information and specs
- Communicate with customers to get feedback that can be used in improving processes and customer service Assist in solving problems and providing consulting assistance to create brand loyalty and lasting relationships
- Train and supervise staff from operations departments and provide constructive feedback
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Must have at least 1-year experience in Supervisory level
- Knowledgeable in organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience in aesthetic clinic is an advantage
- Has strong drive to meet sales target
- Willing to be trained in Timog, Quezon City at least 1 month only with free accommodation and the transportation will be reimbursable.
- Willing to relocate any branches of the clinic
- Willing to be assigned in SM SUCAT PARANAQUE
