• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or financial services and the ability to lead and support branch operations effectively.
• Develop and implement effective and efficient operational routines in accordance with approved business plans
• Conduct credit investigations and appraisals of both chattel and real estate properties
• Monitor and oversee the activities and performance of branch personnel
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Provide analytical insight to support branch decision-making and performance improvement

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word
• Computer literate and able to navigate various software systems
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving
