Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and sales revenue.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax reports and other government-mandated filings.
  • Monitor company’s financial health and report any inconsistencies or issues.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for monthly and annual financial audits.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents for easy access and reference.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
