• Manage and process customer invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all billing details are correct.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to invoices and billing processes.
• Familiarization with the DR and SI
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in invoicing or accounts receivable.
• Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prepare reports and coordinate internally.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
