- Assist in preparing bid documents and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements and deadlines
- Maintain organized records of bids and proposals
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends
- Support the Bid Manager in strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in bid coordination or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare bid documents, coordinate proposals, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role, with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
