Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
- Operate coffee equipment and ensure quality standards.
- Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, coffee knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, and engage with customers.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced coffee shop environment, often standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and a customer-oriented attitude.
