Description
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and techniques.
- Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and the seating area.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, pastries, and other supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure product availability.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Requirements
- Proficient in operating coffee-making equipment and techniques for espresso extraction.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
