What you will be working on

We are looking for a Barista cum Service Crew to join our team at KNEAD by CW. This beginner-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee, food, and hospitality. You will be part of a café that blends food, culture, and community. Your main focus will be to prepare drinks, assist in food service, and create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Preparing coffee, chocolate drinks, and other café beverages according to recipes and standards.

Supporting food service, including plating and serving dishes.

Assisting in cashier duties and handling POS systems.

Maintaining cleanliness of the café and ensuring hygiene standards are followed.

Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Working as part of a team to deliver excellent hospitality.

What we are looking for:

Qualifications & Experience

-At least 2 years of experience of making coffee.

-Able to calibrate coffee and maintain coffee equipments and machineries.

-Knowledge or interest in coffee and food preparation is an advantage.

-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

-Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.
