Requirements

• At least college level or vocational course graduate.
• Additional training in food & beverage is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista.
• Has strong customer service skills.
• Works well with others and in a team.
• Communicates clearly with excellent verbal skills.
• Can sell products and services effectively.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has a good memory for details and information.
• Accepts criticism and performs well under pressure.
• Works well with hands and manual tasks.
