- Customer Service
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
- Provide information about bank products and services.
- Cash Handling
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Handle large cash transactions following bank policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Some college education in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle cash and financial instruments securely.
