DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
•  Prepare dough, batters, and fillings as instructed.
•  Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
•  Follow food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
•   Assist in shaping, portioning, and decorating baked goods.
•   Operate bakery equipment under supervision.
•   Help in storing ingredients and supplies properly.
•   Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies when needed.
•   Monitor baked goods during baking for proper color, texture, and doneness.
•   Report any issues or discrepancies to the head baker.
•   Carry out general cleaning tasks in the bakery.
•  Follow instructions from the head baker or supervisor.
