- Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients for production needs.
- Prepare baked goods, maintain cleanliness, and ensure mise-en-place
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures for optimal results.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
