Geely Motor Philippines Corp. is seeking a talented and experienced Dealer Network Development Supervisor to play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing our nationwide network of automotive dealerships and service centers. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to grow our retail footprint, drive operational excellence, and enhance the

customer experience across our network.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive network expansion plans to identify strategic locations for new dealerships and service centers.
• Liaise with franchisees and property owners to secure suitable sites and negotiate favorable lease agreements.
• Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of new dealership and service center facilities.
• Implement standardized operational processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across the network.
• Monitor network performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of regional managers and support staff to drive network development initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and aftersales teams to align network strategy with the broader business objectives.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network development, retail operations, or a related field in the automotive or other consumer-facing industry
• Proven track record of successfully growing and optimizing a multi-site retail network.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to effectively engage with franchisees, property owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in overseeing the construction and commissioning of new retail facilities.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious network expansion and operational targets.
• Thorough understanding of the automotive industry, including sales, marketing, and after sales trends and best practices.
