What You'll Do

As an Australia Housing Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing document requests, completing servicing calculators for various lenders, and generating loan applications. You will also be responsible for following up with lenders, clients, and solicitors, as well as handling interest rate pricing and upfront valuations. Your role will also involve scanning and filing documents and performing post-settlement duties.

• Document requests/preparation including verifying living expenses

What You Bring

You are familiar with either the Finsure Infinity System or AOL system and understand the compliance requirements from aggregators. Your confidence in processing loan applications from start to finish sets you apart. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) aids in your daily tasks. Lastly, your clear and effective communication skills enable you to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

• Prior experience within the mortgage industry
• Knowledge of a variety of lender policies & products
• Familiarity with Finsure Infinity System or AOL system
• Understanding of compliance requirement from aggregator and knowledge of document preparation
• Confidence processing loan applications from start to finish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
