- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess company adherence to regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance training for employees.
- Investigate compliance violations and report findings.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.
- Must have inventory experience
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory roles with inventory experience in warehousing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in compliance software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Ethical, proactive, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
