Join our BSv organization as a Vendor Debits Senior Associate, contributing to high-quality, cost-effective finance operations. You will support credit management processes, handling vendor debit transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies. This role helps drive innovation, process improvements, and excellent service delivery in finance operations.

• Process and manage vendor debit transactions, including adjustments, chargebacks, and corrections.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support credit management activities such as order holds and releases.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Assist senior finance specialists with reporting, task management, and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Entry to mid-level experience in Finance or Accounts Payable/Administration.
• Strong team player with excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
• Able to work independently with regular supervision and know when to escalate issues.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in supporting finance operations.
• Familiarity with finance systems or ERP software is a plus.
