1. Encodes, examines and verifies auditable items, pertinent to records generated per system and reports provided by stores relative to inventories, deliveries, inter-transfers, returns, free meals, sales in unit, etc.
2. Files, reviews, examines, and provide reports on the status of product variances based on Daily Product Reconciliation Log sheet or monthly transaction reports.
3. Performs the conduct of inventory attestation and reconciliation of in-base and out-base warehouse and PPE assets and provides needed reports on such requirement and attests on inventory sales disposal of junked items and retired equipment.
4. Monitors, keeps track, and ensures to provide reports on store charges without Debit Memo issuances and provides audit reports in the status of all accountable forms to the completeness of its series issuances.
5. Files audit documents, company correspondences, and all memos issued by all departments as audit copy and receives inquiry calls of stores about audit related matter.
6. Performs other function that may be needed or required in general audit as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Possesses a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related.
2. At least one year of audit management experience or any combination of training, education or experience would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
3. Maintains practice of confidentiality, independence in mentality, objectivity and partiality in the practice of professional ethical standard.
