Are you an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of Australian workplace laws and practices? We’re looking for a highly motivated HR Advisor to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (twice a month onsite) supporting a dynamic, growth-focused organization operating under Australian business hours. ? Position Type: Fulltime - HYBRID SETUP (twice a month): Currently residing in Metro Manila or Greater Manila Area

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' Australian HR generalist experience across recruitment, learning & development, leadership coaching, and performance management.

• Strong knowledge of Australian HR principles, Fair Work legislation, Awards, and agreements.

• Knowledge of Australian employee evaluation methods and performance management processes

• Knowledge of Australian employment and contractual law

• Excellent interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills

• Capacity for change and flexibility

• Strong ethics and reliability

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support managers with performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances in alignment with the relevant Australian legislation. Ensure compliance with EEO, discrimination, and workplace legislation.

• Maintain policies, procedures and templates. Managing and developing the Australian HR function in accordance with company strategy

• Driving performance management processes

• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

• Australian HR reporting metrics and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting

• Ensuring correct contracts are aligned with the appropriate Australian awards

• Support change management processes and initiatives to enable business growth

• Ability to manage Australian employee remuneration and incentive systems

• Maintain Australian employee records according to policy and legal requirements

• Review Australian employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance of all staff including those under an EBA

• Maintain the Integrated Management System for Quality Assurance and ensure compliance with Australia standards
