RePay Digital Solutions is a startup providing individuals and businesses with an online alternative to traditional payment methods. Our mission is to uplift Filipino families with safe and accessible tools for personal and business finance management, available globally. We offer various services including eWallet, online banking, instant money transfers, OFW remittances, and more. RePay's headquarters are in Makati, Philippines.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for an Associate Legal Counsel. The Associate Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling legal issues, preparing legal documents, and participating in contract negotiations. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and advising management on legal matters.

• Proficiency in Law and handling Legal Issues
• Skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Advice
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with Philippine legal regulations and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with a license to practice law in the Philippines
