Overseeing daily restaurant operations to meet sales goals and uphold service excellence
Building strong relationships with customers and handling feedback with professionalism
Leading, motivating, and mentoring your team to achieve performance and service targets
Planning staff rosters and delivering training on customer service and product knowledge
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Managing inventory, operational costs, and restaurant profitability
Preparing timely reports on staffing, sales, and performance for the Operations Head
Coordinating with suppliers, licensing authorities, and internal teams
Taking on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

4 years’ experience in Chinese Restaurant and customer service;
Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests;
Ability to satisfactorily with co-worker;
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
College education and / or previous hospitality experience; knowledge of Chinese food product
