We’re Hiring: Art Director at Gatchi Digital.

Gatchi Digital is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a Art Director who can lead and guide our graphic design team with strong creative direction, fresh concepts, and strategic thinking.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership or strategy role (agency experience preferred)

• Has a strong portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, social media content, and visual storytelling

• Can lead brainstorming sessions and help develop campaign concepts aligned with brand goals

• Is highly knowledgeable in design principles, branding, and current creative trends

• Can provide clear and inspiring creative briefs and feedback to designers

• Can think both creatively and strategically (understanding marketing objectives)

• Is collaborative, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Is comfortable presenting ideas and concepts to clients when needed
