The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within a designated area. This role ensures that all stores maintain high operational standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve financial targets. The Area Supervisor also leads and supports store managers to maximize performance and implement company policies effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Supervisor or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Must have experience managing no less than 10 stores.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of a minimum of 10 food and beverage outlets.
• Monitor store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess adherence to company standards and provide on-site support.
• Train, mentor, and support store managers and staff to enhance productivity and customer service.
• Develop and implement action plans to address operational challenges and improve store performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, control costs, and ensure profitability within the assigned area.
• Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations in collaboration with HR.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop strategies for staff development and retention.
• Prepare and present reports on area performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational issues.
