The Distributor Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales, distribution, penetration, and collection targets within a designated coverage area. This role requires strong leadership, field execution, and coordination to ensure high-quality service and consistent trade development. The Supervisor will manage and develop existing accounts while actively identifying and opening new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves close coordination with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

· Bachelor’s degree in Business and other related courses.

· With at least 2 years of experience in handling FMCG distributor sales team.

· Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

· With motorcycle and valid driver’s license.

· Willing to do field work.
