Description
- Ensuring smooth workflow and productivity across various departments.
- Formulating and executing plans to improve efficiency and performance.
- Analyzing current processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyzing data and providing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Retail Sales
- Ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and other departments
- Experience in managing teams, overseeing operations, and improving processes
- Willingness to handle VisMin and Central Luzon areas
- Willingness to do schedule store visits
- Willingness to be assigned in Better Living, Paranaque
