CDC Holdings is hiring a Building Engineer to oversee facility management and maintenance for a residential property in Parañaque City. The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with a Mechanical Engineering license preferred. A background as an Engineering Supervisor or Assistant Manager in property management or hospitality is highly valued, along with experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO).

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer, Civil and Electrical license is an advantage
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• At least 3 year(s) and up of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably an Engineering Supervisor/ Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Property Management, Residential Condominium, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• Mechanical Engineer preferred and with Pollution Control Officer (PCO) background.
• Job role in Facility Management, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping and Repair (Civil,Electro-mechanic).
