1. PRC Licensed

2. Graduate Of Bachelors’ Degree In Architecture From Reputable School.

3. Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experience In Architectural Design Firm (Excluding Apprenticeship) Preferably Designing/Handling Horizontal Housing Development.

4. Proficient In Autocad, Sketch Up, Lumion And Other 3d Rendering Softwares.

5. Proficient In Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word And Power Point).

6. Excellent In Oral And Written Communivcation Skills

7. Willing To Work In BGC/Pasay.
