Description
- Create technical drawings and plans based on given specifications and calculations.
- Produce blueprints and plans for architectural design and structural projects.
- Perform other related tasks.
- Other duties assigned time to time.
- Can liaise with construction professionals about feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
Requirements
- Has strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Inventive and imaginative
- Has reasonable mathematical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills is a must
- Ability to organize projects
- Logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Knowledge in basic and technical drawings specifications.
- At least 1 year experience as an Architect
