Fresh Graduate Architect – Technical Support (Projects)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
• Provide technical support to senior architects and project managers.
• Help coordinate design details with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct research on materials, products, and design requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes or technical notes.
• Support site visits, inspections, and documentation of on-site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and building codes.
• Continuously develop technical and design skills under mentorship.

• Must be a Fresh Graduate of BS Architecture (board exam not required but an advantage).
• Preferably residing in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or nearby cities for accessibility.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software (basic knowledge acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Can work well in a team environment and under supervision.
• Flexible and willing to assist in both office-based and site-related tasks.
