- Graduate of BS Architecture
- At least 1 year work experience in realty / residential / horizontal housing and house development.
- Above average skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Google Earth Pro, Sketch-Up, Rendering
Job Description:
- Draw or plot plans as instructed
- Assists in preparation of letters, plans, drawings, cost estimates, maps, etc.
- Encodes plan and technical details
- Assists in the documentation of compliance documents
- Payroll and site inspection
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
