A licensed pharmacy operating under the supervision of relevant health authorities and has met all licensing standards set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Responsibilities:

• Receive, examine, and accurately input incoming order data.
• Provide basic explanations to customers regarding the correct and safe use of medications.
• Assist in managing drug stock (organization, checking expiration dates, and reordering).
• Record sales transactions and report daily stock levels.
• Ensure that the medications sold comply with regulations and standards of pharmaceutical services.

Coordinate with pharmacists in handling customer complaints or matters requiring further pharmaceutical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate or equivalent
• Communicative, polite, and friendly in serving customers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and follow the instructions of the responsible pharmacist.
