We are looking for a Senior App Development Engineer to join our core mobile team, responsible for the ongoing development and architectural optimization of the trading platform App. This position will focus on enhancing the App's stability and performance, building universal components and monitoring capabilities, and supporting the implementation of core business modules such as CopyTrading and wallet assets in high concurrency and high security scenarios. We hope you possess solid Flutter development experience, have a deep understanding of rendering mechanisms and thread models, and demonstrate strong native integration capabilities to support the stable expansion of the App in its next phase.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily development and maintenance of the trading platform App, enhancing and ensuring App stability;
• Participate in APP requirement discussions, technical research, development iterations, and optimization;
• Responsible for mobile foundational capability construction, maintaining the universal component library and performance monitoring library;
• Coordinate and communicate resource collaboration across departments, propose improvement suggestions and recommendations, and follow up to ensure smooth project progress.

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a computer-related major, with 3-6 years of experience;
• Experience in centralized exchanges (CEX), familiar with high-performance app development on platforms;
• Experience in cross-platform development, familiar with Flutter, React Native development, and native interaction methods;
• Proficient in using Flutter technology for application development, understanding Flutter rendering principles, familiar with Dart language, and understanding Dart threading model;
• Possess a good service mindset, responsibility, attention to detail, passion for technology, and excellent team communication and collaboration skills;
• Logical and rigorous thinking, with strong problem analysis and solving abilities, and strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Able to adapt to a high-intensity work pace, with strong self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in centralized exchanges (CEX) or financial app projects;
• Familiarity with Android platform architecture and performance optimization tools (such as systrace, Perfetto, etc.);
• Experience in Flutter and Android native module bridging, mixed development, and debugging;
• Understanding of core trading processes such as market push notifications, order placement, and asset modules;
