- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Respond to emergency repairs and service requests.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in air conditioning maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge in commercial building HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units; conduct regular system inspections.
- Working Conditions: May require working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
