- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
- Manage a team of technicians, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment failures.
- Coordinate with suppliers for necessary parts and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in supervising HVAC systems.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in system diagnostics, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Often in mechanical rooms or outdoors; may involve lifting and working with tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
