Location: ROVING (Pasay, Paranaque, Makati, Ortigas)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Conduct maintenance of electrical systems
• Survey units and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
• Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Repair appliances if necessary, such as (microwave, AC, refrigerator, fan etc.)
• Aircon Cleaning and maintenance
• Doing their specified Standard Operating Procedures
• Check, Repair and unit for preliminary solutions

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
• NCII is an advantage but not required
• Experience with Aircon Technologies is an advantage but not required
• Willing to do roving setup in case needed
