Description
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with heads.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; training or certification in HVAC preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in air conditioning maintenance or repair.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting skills, and ability to use tools safely.
- Working Conditions: May require working in various indoor and outdoor environments; potential exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.
