  • Identify potential customers and qualify leads
  • Present products and/or services to potential customers
  • Develop strong relationships with potential, new, and existing clients
  • Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders as needed
