Description
- Understand and address client needs to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Meet target goals to increase market share and profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends to advise and engage prospects.
- Coordinate with our team to improve the overall client acquisition strategy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications not required but beneficial.
- Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience needed.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math and computer proficiency, ability to negotiate and understand customer needs, organized and detail-oriented.
- Working Conditions: Flexible schedule, may require travel and working outside regular business hours, fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive and personable, self-motivated, adaptable, result-driven, and team-oriented.
