Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team in supporting member benefits administration. The role will involve managing key processes related to eligibility, member enrollment, COBRA notices, and maintaining accurate member information. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in the US insurance agency/brokerage industry and be highly proficient with Applied Epic.


Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities using Xero, Dext, FathomHQ, and other tools.
  • Record and categorize daily transactions (income, expenses, assets, liabilities).
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts (Cash Flow Frog) and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and closing procedures.
  • Handle tax (PPH21, PPH23, PPH25, PPH29) and BPJS contributions, coordinating with tax professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Streamline and improve bookkeeping processes.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

 

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work the graveyard shift (aligning with New York hours)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of US insurance agency/brokerage experience
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on use of Applied Epic management system

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Proficiency in Chinese or Korean (a plus, but not required)
  • Prior managerial experience (managing and training staff is a plus)

  • Salary: Php 40,000 - 45,000
  • Work Set up: This role will begin as work-from-home and transition to a full-time onsite setup. Candidates must be located anywhere in Pampanga.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM NY Time
