Assist clients with immigration forms & applications
Organize & maintain client records
Learn & apply immigration laws
Managing company phone numbers or any other assigned emails.
Collecting, checking, organizing, and filling out Government forms and documents.

Fluent in English & ARABIC (Other languages like Mandarin/Korean/Japanese are a plus)
Attending Google online meetings during working time.
Work from Sunday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, according to Vancouver Time. Kindly check the time conversion based on your country's time zone.
Own computer, webcam, headphones, strong Wi-Fi & power backup
Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organization, problem-solving & time management skills
Camera must be ON during work hours. Failure to turn on the camera will result in you being considered absent. In case you need to go to the bathroom or take a break, notify the head office manager. Break time is for only 30 minutes.
Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving.
Outstanding client service skills.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor.
Strong skills in document organization/file management. Strong attention to detail.
Time management skills and ability to handle fast-paced, detailed-oriented, and deadline-driven work.
Willingness to learn.
Be honest and responsible with your tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively in three or more languages is a strong asset.
Prior experience in a travel agency is highly desirable.
