- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Assist in project coordination and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external contacts.
- Perform data entry and generate reports as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
