Description

  • Assist in the distribution of payslips and payroll salaries to employees
  • Adhere to corporate guidelines in managing clerical functions
  • maintain supplies, PPE inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Handle money related to supplies and load allowance of Drivers , Driver instructions and Operation Analyst
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Performs other duties assigned or required

Requirements

  • Job Title: Admin Associate
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, help desk support, strong written communication, analytical skills, data entry, time management, and organizational skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with daily administrative tasks, maintain records, provide support in data management, and handle communications
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, collaborative team setting
