Description

  • Welcome and greet unit owners.
  • To manage and supervise other service companies to ensure they are complying with nd delivering their commitments.
  • Assist the projects in collecting all types of assessment, including but not limited to dues, penalties and interest,t and amenity usage.
  • Deposit collected funds daily and provide daily cash collection reports

Requirements

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Office Administration, or any related course
  • Have 1 year of working experience in administrative and clerical work.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, pr building administration is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
