Job Description
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that its’ objective and deadlines are met.
- Support would mean logging, encoding, maintaining records, reproduction and filing functions to assist the internal/external customers of the department.
- File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.
- Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience. (Non-negotiable)
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools most importantly Microsoft Excel. (Non-negotiable)
- With proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule.
- Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant’s id and application form (Non-negotiable)
